From the Founder: Why I Walked Away from the Noise — and What I’m Building Instead

🧠 Where I Started, and Why I Had to Rethink Everything

I was born into a Cuban family that taught me how to survive, adapt, and lead with love.

As a child, I was given six months to live. I became part of a clinical trial — the Titanium Rib Project — a last-chance option not yet approved by the FDA. Somehow, I made it. That path gave me the chance to grow into the person I am today.

When I first started thinking about our content strategy, I was focused on scale.

I wanted to build magnetic content for UpClicks — content that looked elite, felt elite, and could indoctrinate an audience to trust us, follow us, and eventually buy from us. I didn’t care about vanity or clout — I was focused on creating content that sells. That meant using what works: future-focused narratives, AI trends, tech commentary, and breakdowns of what the “elites” were doing.

The plan made sense. Still does.

But the more I paid attention to what was actually happening online — and what I was feeling internally — the more I realized I couldn’t go all-in on that direction.

Something felt off.

For months, I thought I was building content just to play the game: make noise, show up on the feed, share insights, and win clients. And in some ways, that was true. But deep down, something kept bothering me. Something felt off about the whole space I was preparing to enter.

Every day I’d scroll and see the same things:

  • AI hype pushed like gospel

  • Endless breakdowns of billionaires’ business moves

  • Speculation dressed as foresight

  • Techno-optimism from people with no skin in the game

It was everywhere. But something told me: this wasn’t just a trend — it was a trap.

And it hit me one day, after another conversation where someone parroted talking points like they were possessed by a script. That’s when I realized:

This isn’t content. It’s a new kind of propaganda.

And I wasn’t going to be part of it.

🔥 The Truth That Changed Everything

At first, I thought I was just seeing patterns. Then I realized I was watching a machine in motion.

What we’re living through isn’t just technological advancement. It’s a digital regime shift.

And the propaganda doesn’t come from military generals or heads of state. It comes through:

  • Viral LinkedIn posts

  • “Thought leaders” praising tools they barely use

  • Hype videos about innovations that don’t even exist

It’s not about education. It’s about indoctrination.

And the class structure around it is perfectly engineered:

  • The Elites stay mostly silent. They don’t evangelize. They observe. They mine data. They watch how narratives spread, not how truth is built. They quietly shape behavior through algorithms and infrastructure.

  • The Upper Middle Class (the influencer class, consultants, technophiles) parrot Big Tech’s talking points in hopes of status or proximity to wealth. They unknowingly do the system’s bidding, thinking they’re ahead of the curve, while feeding it free labor, audience growth, and market feedback.

  • The Middle Class consumes it all as truth. They adjust their expectations, their careers, their lives. They think they’re being smart by following the “insights” from the upper middle class, not realizing they’re caught in a feedback loop created by those who have no real power.

The same way he promised hope and liberation only to consolidate power, Big Tech offers abundance and convenience while centralizing control.

People don’t see it because it looks like progress.

But when everyone starts speaking the same, posting the same, dreaming the same,

we haven’t gained freedom. We’ve lost individuality.

I refuse to be a mouthpiece for a system I don’t believe in.

💡 The Strategy That Breaks the Cycle

I believe this:

The future belongs to those who see the system, but don’t submit to it.

That’s what this brand — my content, UpClicks, everything — is about.

It’s not about resisting tech. I use it every day. I build brands with it.

It’s about staying sovereign while using it.

It’s about remembering that strategy, truth, and legacy matter more than hype.
